Education: Tami Little brings over 10 years experience in the real estate and financial industry. Tami earned a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Gardner-Webb University in addition to earning a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Washington State University.
Primary Focus: Tami’s primary focus is in the commercial area of property investments, listings and leasing. However, it is important that investors have a "one-stop" real estate company that they can rely on for all their real estate needs. Therefore, Tami has 2 agents within SouthMark Properties, Inc who focus exclusively on the sales and purchasing of residential properties for clients.
Background: Prior to forming SouthMark Properties, Inc, Tami was an advisor at Sperry Van Ness, a national commercial real estate company. While at Sperry Van Ness, Tami was recognized with the “Achievers” award for over $10 Million in closings for one year. Tami was also the highest producer for the local Sperry Van Ness office in the Lake Norman Area. With over 7 years experience working as a Financial Manager in commercial real estate, Tami was actively involved in the acquisition of large commercial assets such as shopping centers and hotels in excess of $100 million during 2004 and 2005. Also, Tami was also involved with the property management and leasing of these shopping centers after acquisition. Her financial background coupled with her real estate experience is essential in today’s real estate market and in successfully assisting investors with real estate transactions. Active in the real estate community, Tami is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), which is the trade organization for the retail and shopping center industry.

Education: She earned a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC and a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. Stephanie recently earned her GRI designation from The North Carolina Real Estate Educational Foundation and The North Carolina Association of Realtors Inc. The letters GRI represent the most widely-recognized professional designation in the real estate industry: Graduate, REALTORS® Institute. An individual who earns the GRI designation has voluntarily made a personal commitment to increasing professional service to customers and clients, and to obtaining higher levels of education.
Primary Focus: Stephanie’s commercial real estate focus is primarily centered on representing both buying and selling clients looking to maximize their real estate portfolios. Stephanie assists clients looking to sell, buy or lease industrial, retail and office properties. She also has extensive knowledge of all aspects of land procurement, development and assisting investors with income producing properties.
Background: Stephanie brings over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and negotiations with national companies such as Deere & Company, FTD Inc., General Electric and 1-800-Flowers. Previously, Stephanie worked for a national real estate investment company, Sperry Van Ness. In Stephanie’s first year as a commercial real estate broker she procured over $25 million in listings and earned Rookie of the Year with Sperry Van Ness (
Lake
Norman). Stephanie has also worked in the executive suite business, attaining valuable experience representing office clients. Stephanie’s sales/marketing and real estate background and knowledge coupled with her high professional and ethical standards makes her a valuable advisor for all types of real estate endeavors. Stephanie is very active in the local real estate community and Chamber meetings; networking regularly with Catawba, Lincoln and Iredell county decision makers and other real estate professionals. In August of 2008, Stephanie was awarded the prestigious Blanton Little Memorial Scholarship by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission for outstanding academic achievement.
