Real Estate Investment Services:    Our strategy is to find our clients high quality income producing properties that provide predictable income streams and have the potential for appreciation. These investments can be single tenant investments that have established tenant with long term leases such as Chick-Fil-A, Wendys, BP Oil, Wachovia, CVS and other national retailers.  In addition, we also can find you multi-tenant investments such as retail strip centers or office buildings.   We assist you through all phases of the acquisition process and help you analyze the risks and rewards of potential investments.  Our goal is to create value and build wealth for our clients through the purchase of sound investment properties.

Tenant in Common Investments:
For Tenant in Common (TIC) groups, our strategy is to purchase large high quality institutional grade properties (such as shopping centers) that have stable tenants with long-term leases.  A TIC investment structure allows multiple owners to own a fractional interest in real estate along with other investors. Each investor receives their own deed to the property and therefore can sell their percentage ownership at any time without affecting the other owners.  TIC arrangements have become a very popular investment vehicle in the last few years due to the recent IRS ruling – Revenue Procedure 2002-22. This IRS ruling allowed for TIC owners to have the same rights as individual ownership and therefore the ability to tax defer capital gains tax upon the sale.
